Teaching Journey

Inspiring Young Minds Through Storytelling

Serena briefly worked as a lower school teacher, instructing Kindergarten and Grade One classes for one year each. Though her teaching career was brief, those two years left a lasting impression on her. Her favorite part of the school day was story time, where she immersed children in fun and captivating tales. She especially enjoyed the expressions on their faces as they read along. Books with repetition and rhyme were their favorites. Her teaching stint inspired her to venture into writing children’s books.
